Designed by architect Raimondo Flaccomio, founder of Panidea Architectural bureau, Lozenets Park Residence conceptualizes Sofia city life for young urban families.
This low density Residence offers the privilege to live in a peaceful heaven where all of the city stress can be left behind and forgotten, while only 15 min away from the city center.
Lozenets Park Residence is bordering the designated park area of Lozenets, & the “Dragalevtsi river” with its main focus on tranquility, beautiful natural surroundings and family spirit.
This is a unique opportunity to provide your children with the perfect blend of urban and park environment, where they will look back at their childhood experience with the warm feelings of happiness and belonging.
At the corner of Flora Kaneva & Ararat Street, Lozenets Park Residence is located in one of Sofia’s most sought after residential areas.
This low density area with very good infrastructure, is quite a rare occurrence in Sofia’s town planning, especially this close to the city center, Mall paradise & Vitosha metro station.
80% of the surrounding buildings are individual homes, alongside small residential blocks, a private school, a clinic & local shops.
Lozenets Park Residence is an ideal location for city center dwellers looking for a countryside environment!
The estate is situated only 10 minutes away from city center and features:
The exterior design of the homes presents a mix of contemporary elements and a touch of traditional Bulgarian style, combining stone bases with wooden style upper floors.
The flow of elements and mixture of materials give the complex an individual character and turns it into a place that can be called home.
The internal floor plan of each house can be adapted to your requirements.
All floor plans shown on Lozenets Park Residence website are possible examples of what can be achieved. We will however appreciate your input to finalise the finishing touches of your home.
